Spiritual attacks have very distinct characteristics that are obvious to the discerning.
When a person is oppressed he does things that are obviously beyond human reasoning, and plays the fool beyond his or her own control.
We speak many things casually in our culture: “I’ll pay you back next week.” “I’ll always love you.” “I’ll be there on Sunday at 10 a.m. for sure.” We fail to recognize that our words have power—and are witnessed by both God and the enemy. In this provocative series, deliverance expert Taiwo Ayeni examines the power of vows in a believer’s life. You should never allow evil spirits to reside in your life. If you lack adequate time to do a self-deliverance in the mornings, after your quiet time, then, when you're having your bath, you could do it.
When a person is bound or oppressed, he does things that are beyond human reasoning and plays the fool beyond his or her control. Notice, I did not say possessed. This is because a Christian cannot be possessed--he or she can only be demonized or oppressed. For a Christian to be possessed, he or she ceases to be a Christian, because the demonic forces have completely taken over his or her spirit being. This has to occur willingly. Only an unbeliever whose spirit is defenseless and open to occupation can be possessed.
The human race as well as church member are engaged in a War that is spiritual or invisible to the human eye…THIS IS SPIRITUAL WARFARE. For some it appears to never relent. Today the television commercials push a myriad of psychotropic drugs like candy often with serious side effects all in the name of peace of mind.
While it is not in the character of God to curse, it is discovered that the violation of God’s laws triggers curses. God’s laws carry adverse consequences that sometimes result in a generational curse when disobeyed. Therefore God does not need to verbally put a curse on someone before the curse like a time bomb kicks in.
What exactly are these darts? We see them first in Genesis 49:23: They are called Archers. They shoot destructive thoughts and unbelief into the hearts of the righteous to destroy their foundation of faith in Christ. They do not go after failures but those who have the potential to succeed.
What is that thing that Satan has used to hedge you in, to trouble, oppress and limit you spiritually, financially, in your health, in your career, your job or your children’s life or your family? You have a God whose eyes are upon you and whose ears are open to your prayers. Cry to him for deliverance.
You can live in victory in spite of the attacks from the enemy against your vision. I know that it is easier said than done. You are dealing with a present attack that is coming at you full steam ahead. You are dealing with some serious issues that will not let you have peace.
The Lord Jesus Christ sent messages to the churches. The Lord warned the Church of Thyatira “not” to tolerate the spirit of Jezebel in their churches.
Pastors are forewarned. Why? Because if a pastor is not under the headship of Jesus Christ; he could be seduced into allowing this spirit to function and use their churches as their playground.
It is important to know the patterns of behavior that provide you with the evidence of demonic oppression. There are stages through which satanic oppressions or possessions manifest. When you begin to observe the signs, it will help you identify what is going on.
Why is your bed strategic? Because the place where you sleep is a site of divine renewal or satanic regression. You could be either made or marred on your bed. Lying on your bed in the solemnity of day or the serenity of night, you can initiate, maintain, and sustain fruitful thinking that will change your life. Great thoughts of glorious happenings could be inspired on your bed as you thoughtfully guard your hearts in deep search of divine mysteries: “There is a spirit in man, the inspiration of the Lord giveth them understanding,” Job 32:8.

In the final installment of his provocative series, deliverance expert Taiwo Ayeni examines the power of Messianic vows in a believer’s life.

Cheer up--this is your time. Trust Him for your turnaround!
Let’s look at the ways deliverance and honor are connected. Take heart in this truth: You are delivered by God to be put in the place of honor. “Surely his salvation is nigh them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land” (Psalm 85:9).
What is it like when a man runs his home without satanic limitations? Such a man is introduced to us in Psalm 128:1-4, and he is called a blessed man. Who is he? He is the man who fears the Lord.
All of us, therefore, need to take a close look at how we as men conduct ourselves in carrying out our responsibilities as a spiritual head, husband, and father. This man is supposed to be a godly example to his family, and God nurtures him to fulfill this expectation. A free man does not struggle with vices such as sexual immorality, anger and other character issues, financial impropriety, and a bad work ethic.
The year 2011 has come and gone with its load of troubles. It was a year in which many unthinkable or unimaginable things happened. Families lost their jobs and their homes, and the trauma of these hardships in some cases led to untimely and unexpected deaths. Diverse disasters--earthquakes, tornadoes, wars, civil unrest, economic crises, and terrorism--brought indescribable pains to many globally. The stress of 2011 touched the nerves of people, places, and things all around the world--even the rich cried!
The spirit of Jezebel is always around us and it seeks to hide itself, seduce, intimidate, manipulate and trade in human souls. It is a religious spirit but it promotes religious things that are contrary to God. Jezebel promotes fleshly indulgence amongst God's people and shuns the cross. The Jezebel spirit is the enemy of the true prophets of the Lord.
If you’ve grew up in the church, you probably have heard the term, “Spiritual Warfare.” In the past, you might have reacted and said, “I don’t like conflict. I want peace.” However, here’s the truth! If you are a Christian, you are in a battle whether you like it or not. When it comes to horizontal relationships, you should avoid conflict (1 Thess. 5:13; Heb. 12:14). When it comes to your spiritual walk, however, you cannot avoid conflict because there’s an enemy out there who wants to make your life miserable.
Greetings, brothers and sisters in Christ.
This is the month the Lord has made; we must rejoice and be glad in it! We thank God for seeing us from the beginning of the year till now. I pray that uncommon testimonies will be our portion throughout this month, in Jesus’ name. Our prayer focus for the month is Boldness: confronting your fears.
If a man doesn’t make major-milestone achievements in good time, he is most likely suffering from delayed blessing. This type of spiritual bondage is different from stagnation. While stagnation is consignment to one spot for many years, delayed blessing produces results that are inordinately slow—such as in the lives of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
"First bind...then spoil..."
Briefly: "BINDING" THE ENEMY SIMPLY MEANS STOPPING HIM FROM ACTING, THEN DESTROYING HIS WORKS.
Prayer must, therefore, be (1) destructive, (2) constructive. Wield (1) the AUTHORITY of the NAME (Mark xvi. 17); (2) the BLOOD of the Lamb; and (3) the TESTIMONY against Satan (Rev. xii. 11), that he is conquered and must withdraw.
